KUCHING: Housing developer Projek Bandar Samariang Sdn Bhd (PBSSB) said they accepted the decision of the housing tribunal which favoured some house owners.
According to its press statement, following the conclusion of a tribunal hearing on Thursday with regards to some recently completed homes at Bandar Samariang development, PBSSB said they would rectify specification iregularities.
“We will be rectifying all out of specifications irregularities that were delivered by the contractor we awarded the construction contract to,” PBSSB said.
PBSSB said they accepted and would honour the decision of the tribunal and expressed their thanks to the members of the panel for their speedy and fair decision.
