KUCHING: One of the highlights of the on-going South East Asia Harley Owners’ Group (SEA HOG) Sarawak tour will be the charity auction of the much awaited 110th Anniversary edition of Harley Davidson Electra Glide® Ultra Limited motorcycle.
Courtesy of Naza Prestige Bikes Sdn Bhd, the retail value worth of the limited edition motorcycle is RM256,000 and the exclusive dream machine comes fully-loaded.
The charity auction will be held at Kuching Civic Centre on Friday during dinner jointly hosted by KTS Group and Asia Tourism Alliance.
The auction offer value starts at RM190,000 and proceed from the sale will be distributed to charitable organisations to be announced by the organisers during the dinner.
In 2013, from Milwaukee, USA to other cities all over the world including Malaysia, Harley-Davidson® is commemorating its 110 years of classic motorcycles which are well known all over.
The US-based company has produced in limited quantity, the 110th Anniversary Edition Harley-Davidson® motorcycles which provide high-powered motorcycles enthusiasts the opportunity to own and ride on a piece of motorcycle history.
The limited edition motorcycles feature exclusive upgrades like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), H-D® Smart Security System and contrast chrome wheels combined with outstanding finishing touches.
The machines will also have special gas tank medallions cast from solid bronze and plated with black nickel in which each anniversary medallion is then distressed to highlight the bronze.
Each of the Anniversary Edition model will have a uniquely numbered badge marking it as an exclusive part of motorcycle history and proving its individuality.
The motorcycle will have living art finishes that ranging from saddle inserts and medallions to engine element covers which are also carefully crafted with commemorative details from premium materials that will transform in response to life on the road.
