MH Unilodge caters to tertiary students

KUCHING: Kinta Saujana Properties’s MH Unilodge project in Kampar, Perak will cater to the needs of tertiary students.

Sales and marketing executive Wan Zakiah said in a press release that Kinta Saujana Properties was inspired by European university hostels when designing MHU.

She said every unit comes with a parking bay and added that MHU has a perpetuity land title.

In conjunction with its launching, Kinta Saujana Properties is offering two years exemption on management fees.

The condominium on five acres of land is located 1.5km from the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman entrance.

Convenient amenities within the area include a public hospital, Immigration Department office, and Registration Department office.

The area also has various public amenities and basic infrastructure.

MHU has three blocks with five types of design choices covering a floor space of between 568.7 square metres and 855.4 square metres.

There are 198 units complete with furniture, built-in cupboards, stove, dressing table, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioner and fan.

The condominium also provides sports and leisure facilities such as swimming pool, gym, library, laundry centre, cafe with WiFi, cyber cafe, lift, barbecue area and discussion room.

It has CCTV surveillance, electronic lock system and 24-hour security.

Kampar caught the attention of investors after it was developed into a higher education centre.

Besides Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman main campus, it is also the location of Tunku Abdul Rahman College and an international school.
