TAMBUNAN: Former Upko division secretary Patrick Paunil and PBRS heavyweight John Bague have joined State Reform Party (STAR).
“We are sure that the entry and support of Patrick and John and their supporters will not only further strengthen STAR in Tambunan but will also cause a further dent and reduce the support of Barisan Nasional in Tambunan,” STAR Sabah chief Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan said in a press statement yesterday.
Jeffrey said Sabah BN leaders should emulate Patrick and John for taking up the challenge to fight for the restoration of Sabah’s rights and autonomy and to stop the colonization and further damage to Sabah.
