TUTONG: A local company in the Tutong District has been issued a compound fine of $200 by the Enforcement Section of the Tutong District Office for committing an offence under the Miscellaneous Act, Section 30 Chapter 12 (1) b, Borneo Bulletin reported.
The Enforcement Section, in its press release, called upon business premises, private companies as well as members of the public to dispose rubbish appropriately and maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings particularly in public areas.
The department also urged business owners to adhere to the rules and regulations.
