BAGAN SERAI: Twenty-eight non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Bagan Serai yesterday handed over a memorandum pledging their full support for Barisan Nasional (BN) in view of the 13th general election.
The memorandum was handed over to Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi here yesterday.
Among the NGOs are the Malaysian Ex-Army Association, Organisation of Seni Silat Lintau Warisan Kerian, Kampung Ising Patavirama Alayam Temple and Bagan Serai Village Chiefs Association. — Bernama
