KUCHING: Hock Seng Lee Construction Sdn Bhd (HSL) will release for sale the second and final batch of new homes at its Eden Fields 2 residential estate after the first release sold out within a week of launching.
The Eden Fields 2 residential development, beside the Road Transport Department (JPJ) at the 11½ Mile Kuching-Serian Road was launched on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2013 to an overwhelming response.
“We could not have been more pleased with our customers’ enthusiasm for our products,” said HSL’s executive director Yii Chee Sing.“We are very grateful for the support which makes all our efforts in design and construction worthwhile.”
The award-winning developer, HSL, recorded over 1,000 visitors to its glamorous Hollywood-themed show home in its opening week. A total of 40 units were initially open for sale to the public.
“It is clear that customers recognise that homes at Eden Fields 2 represent a smart investment as well as a value for money in a convenient location,” said Yii.“With the speed of sales, we felt we should fast-track the release of the rest of the units for sale as there were too many customers that missed out.”
As such, the final 36 units will be available for sale from February 23, 2013 onwards. This new release consists of 16 units of double-storey terraced (Type 2) houses, eight units of single-storey semi-detached houses and 12 units of single-storey terraced homes.
The double-storey terraced Type 2 design boasts of five bedrooms within a large built-up area of 1,980 square feet (sq ft) with 5.3 points land for an intermediate unit and 2,026 sq ft (with 8.4 points land) for a corner unit.
Both the single-storey semi-detached and single-storey terraced houses have ‘four plus one’ rooms with 10 points and 5.4 points of land respectively.
The show home will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm daily with HSL’s sales team on hand to assist home buyers in selecting the ideal house for their needs.
Eden Fields 2 residences are currently in an advanced stage of construction and are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
