LAHAD DATU: Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein and Defence Minister Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi arrived at the Felda Sahabat 16, about 130 kilometres from here, for a briefing today.
They arrived at 12.15pm on board a Royal Malaysia Police helicopter from the Lahad Datu Airport and immediately proceeded to Komtek Sahabat 16, Batallion 17 of the General Operations Force (GOF), to listen to a briefing on the intrusion at Kampung Tanduo by a group of armed men.
Hishammuddin and Zahid were expected to give a joint press conference at the Media Centre at the Residental Felda Sahabat, near here. – Bernama
