KUCHING: SEGi College Sarawak encourages its students to apply their theoretical knowledge and use their practical skills.

Principal Elina Tiu said it is not enough to have great textbooks and teaching materials. “Without passionate and experienced lecturers, knowledge cannot be delivered in a great way. SEGi College Sarawak lecturers are equipped with academic qualifications and industrial experience to guide students in both academic and career paths,” she said in a statement.

The college has facilities such as a simulation ward for the nursing programme, science laboratory for the medical laboratory technology programme, as well as art studio for the design and creative arts programme.

“We are dedicated to providing quality education and for this new year, we will put in extra effort to provide the best education to our students,” added Tiu.

There is a moot court for the law programmes to equip students with hands-on experience.

The college offers programmes recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

Study loans and scholarships for high achievers in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) are available.
