SANDAKAN: The injured soldier who was flown to the Hospital Duchess of Kent from Lahad Datu by the Royal Malaysia Police Air Force helicopter yesterday was reported to be in stable condition.
He arrived at HDOK around 1.20pm yesterday and underwent several hours of surgery.
He looked in stable condition when escorted out of the HDOK operation room around 7.29pm yesterday.
He is now warded at the same medical ward as two injured members of the General Operation Force (GOF) who were admitted to the hospital on Sunday.
