MIRI: The Democratic Action Party’s (DAP’s) three-tonne truck, which doubles as a mobile platform, dubbed the Ubah Machine will be at the
Matussin area in Lawas this Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

It will then travel to Miri, Bintulu, Sibu, Sarikei, and Kuching.

“I requested that the Sarawak Ubah Machine start its statewide tour with the northernmost town of Sarawak,” said Piasau assemblyman Alan Ling recently.

“The Ubah Machine is most suitable for a large state like Sarawak, which still lacks infrastructure and amenities in many places.”

Speakers for the Lawas event include Ling, DAP Lawas deputy election director Robert Asut, DAP Lawas candidate hopeful Dr Baru Langub, Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Hiew King Cheu, Padungan assemblyman Wong King Wei, Channing assemblyman Wong Kah Woh and Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) Sarawak youth chief Mohd Arifiriazul.
