KUCHING: CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd (CMS Property) will be joining the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developer Association (Sheda) property roadshow at Boulevard Kuching Shopping Mall (Boulevard Kuching), to showcase various properties in Bandar Samariang, Kuching’s fastest developing townships located in Petra Jaya.
According to a press statement, CMS Property would be participating at the roadshow from March 29 to 31, 2013, at the ground floor of Boulevard Kuching from 10am to 9pm.

The statement said, these houses came in two designs: Tropical and Modern. Both designs featured four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms with prices starting from RM451,000 onwards. Each house came with a large master bedroom with attached bathroom and a spacious walk-in dressing room.
Additionally, Alam Oasis contemporary architectural designs made clever use of windows and door openings to bring natural lighting and ventilation into the houses.
CMS Property will also be showcasing at the upcoming roadshow the Samariang Ria Commercial Centre which comprises of 24 units of three and four storey shops lots that fronts the main road of Jalan Sultan Tengah.
