KUCHING: Nu Er Hong Pullman is rolling out the carpet for all Salmon lovers next month beginning from May 1.
Pullman’s Norwegian Salmon indulgence has a mix of flavours available for patrons.
Patrons can go for the traditional Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet to the adventurous Salmon Fillet ‘Umai’ Style or opt for the lightness of the Chilled Fresh Salmon Rolls With Crispy Chicken Floss Salad among others.
Patrons also get to experience the taste of Wok Fried Salmon Cube with Mix Melon in Tom Yam Mayo sauce for a spicier flavour.
On top of Nu Er Hong’s Norwegian Salmon Indulgence, be sure not to miss the ever popular Value Set Lunch.
Four menus have been introduced that comprises fresh greens, fresh seafood and meat.
The four set menus available are suitable for two persons to six persons from MR49++ to RM159++.
It is also perfect for Mother’s Day which is just around the corner.
Patrons have the choice of dining in one of four private rooms or enjoy the naturally lit setting of Nu Er Hong that provides a splendid view of the Kuching landscape.
