KOTA BELUD: Thirteen senior reporters from Guangdong, China, led by Mr Lin Lin, Vice Director of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, are visiting Sabah.

Yesterday morning, the journalists attended the state-level Harvest Festival launching ceremony here. They were accompanied by Dr Oh Ei Sun and Steven Liaw, who are the president and secretary-general of the Sabah Ma Zhong Friendship Association respectively.

The visitors were very impressed with the colourful performances of the various ethnic groups in Sabah.

They were also warmly received by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman, who emphasized to them the multi-racial and multi-cultural nature of Sabah society, as well as the prevailing harmony among the races.

Musa hoped that Lin and the contingent would visit Sabah again. Lin also welcomed Musa to visit Guangdong soon.
