KUCHING: Taka Cake House is offering new healthy flavours and square-shaped cakes for Mother’s Day tomorrow.
Taka person in charge Leong Kia Chun said highlighted items this year are all-time favourite tiramisu and the new fruity paradise.
“I think one of the best gifts for mums on Mother’s Day is cake. We have many flavours and different textures catering for everyone.
“Fruity paradise is the most suitable cake for mothers and the whole family because it is low sugar. This would be a healthy choice for mothers and family,” he said.
There are also new square-shaped cakes such as strawberry shortcake, blueberry bounce, pandan kaya, red velvet and Oreo chocolate.
He said these cakes taste different as they have a finer texture and less sugar because they are made with a special fluffy sponge.
Those who prefer rich textures can choose Taka’s cheesecakes, which come in five varieties including New York cheese.
Taka has also prepared a heart-shaped cake called strawberry temptation.
Taka Cake House has 13 outlets where orders can be placed for Mother’s Day cakes.
