KUCHING: UEM Land Holdings Bhd (UEM Land) will be returning to Miri this weekend to organise a property road show to showcase various property projects from the central region of Peninsular Malaysia, particularly those in Kuala Lumpur, Mont’ Kiara and Cyberjaya.
According to a press release, UEM Land will be partnering with Borneo Real Estate for the weekend road show on June 8 and 9, which will be held at the Periwinkle Room, on Level 7 of the Meritz Hotel, from 10am to 5pm.
“A special package will be offered for investors and buyers who make their purchases at the road-show, including a rebate of up to 10 per cent with guaranteed rental returns for two years.
“In addition, interest during construction period will be borne by the developer as well as legal fees and stamp duty on sales and purchase agreement (SPA) while the first year maintenance fee for housing loans taken will be waived. Furthermore, UEM Land will be offering a low down-payment on any properties purchased at the road show,” the press statement highlighted.
One of the property projects which will be exhibited is the newly launched Verdi eco-dominiums, a 9.16 acres eco-friendly high rise development located in the heart of Malaysia’s information communication technology (ICT) capital, Cyberjaya.
It is part of the 98-acre mixed strata development of Symphony Hills, an exclusive residential development and the country’s first Connected Intelligent Community (CIC) offering smart-home features and community connectivity through high-speed broadband.
Verdi eco-dominiums comprises two residential towers with Tower 1 consisting of 44 storeys and Tower 2 consisting of 45 storeys. A total of 400 units ranging from 700 square feet (sqf) to 1,442 sqf have been launched with an average of 10 units per floor.
Another property project to be showcased during the road show is the Arcoris Mont’Kiara, an inca-inspired design by renowned London based architectural practice, Foster+Partners and located within Mont’Kiara neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur.
Meanwhile, Summer VOS, the second 34-storey commercial block located along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur’s central business district is another property that will be featured during the weekend road show. Situated on an overall 1.65 acre footprint, it comprises 474 office suites units ranging between 444 and 866 sqf, and come partially furnished with a split unit air-conditioning system, cabinets, a kitchen hood, a hob and a fridge in the pantry.
Apart from showcasing property projects, UEM Land will also hold insightful investment talks to provide visitors an in-depth knowledge on property investment.
