CAVE ADVENTURE EXPERT: Bringing tourists to experience the caves near Kuching like this one has netted Kuching Caving the 2013 Certificate of Excellence from tripadvisor.
KUCHING: Kuching Caving is celebrating a new achievement – being awarded the tripadvisor 2013 Certificate of Excellence for being one of the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on the travel website.
Mary Lowdikanak Peter Tohey, a director of Kuching Caving, said in a press statement that they put a lot of effort into ensuring that their guests enjoy an exciting, safe and informative adventure with them.
“It is great to see that our clients agree that our efforts have paid off,” Lowdikanak said.
Kuching Caving began operation in 2007 and specialises in taking tourists, corporate and school groups into a few of the many caves in the Kuching area.
With the emphasis on safety and high quality information, Kuching Caving has consistently received the maximum 5 stars in tripsdvisor’s reviews and is proving popular with clients from Singapore, Europe, Australia, North America and within the country.

As the ‘Things to do’ section of tripadvisor’s website makes up only 10 per cent of the awards (the others being to the hotel and restaurant sections,) Kuching Caving’’ award puts it in the top one per cent of tourism things to do worldwide.
With new products in the pipeline and a continued emphasis on the delivery of high quality tourism experiences, Kuching Caving is aiming to earn a similar certificate next year.
