MIRI: Three houses in Piasau Jaya here were razed by fire believed to have been caused by candles lit up by occupants of one of them during the blackout last night.
No casualties were reported.
The Fire and Rescue Department dispatched three engines to the scene and the firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control within an hour.
Meanwhile, power supply to parts of the city was restored at 9pm.
