Kampung-style Ramadan buffet at Pullman Kuching

LOCAL DELIGHTS: Take your pick of local kuih for the breaking of fast at the Puzzle Restaurant.

KUCHING: Pullman Kuching is offering ‘Citarasa Kampung’ Ramadan buffet at its Puzzle Restaurant from July 10 to August 7.

The buffet offers an eclectic spread of International delights and kampung-style dishes.

There is also a live cooking area to cater to individual palates, with over 30 dishes to choose from.

The buffet has four menus, which are rotated daily. It is available daily from 6pm to 10pm. Prayer room is available for Terawih prayers nightly.

The menus offer ulam-ulam, salted fish, and rojak in dome sets, various ‘kerabu’, selection of ‘keropok’ with pickled fruits, choice of Western salad, a ‘healthy’ corner, condiments and dressing pots, soups, claypot dishes, main dishes, fried items, Kampung station ABC, range of cakes and pastries, and Bubur station.

At the action station, patrons can order roti canai and murtabak served with chicken curry, ikan bilis sambal and vegetable dalca, fried clam kuey teow, mee goreng mamak, grilled seafood, carving station, and many others.

It is priced at RM89++ for adults. The price is halved for children aged five to 12 years. Credit card holders from Citibank, Maybank, RHB and CIMB will be entitled to respective discounts.

Meanwhile, Hari Raya Aidilfitri buffet lunch will be served from noon to 2.30pm, and dinner from 6.30pm to 10pm on August 8 and 9.

Lunch is priced at RM49++ and dinner is RM69++. It is half price for children aged five to 12 years.
