MIRI: Concern poured in for 85-year-old grandmother Sauyah Abdullah after news on her hard life was published in The Borneo Post on Friday.
A group from the Welfare and Orphans Bureau of Darul Ehsan Mosque Piasau visited Sauyah at Kampung Tanjong Batu here yesterday.
The bureau was there to hand over household items to the grandmother.
Bureau chairman Talhah Mansur accompanied by An-Nur Mosque Kampung Tanjong Batu Iman Salam Ahmad and PBB Kampung Tanjong Batu Women representative Rosiah Ali presented the donation to Sauyah.
