BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: HER Royal Highness Princess Hjh Hafizah SururulBolkiah (pic) has given birth to a boy early yesterday morning, Brunei Times reported.
By command of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Grand Chamberlain Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Penggawa Laila Bentara Istiadat Diraja Dalam Istana Pengiran Hj AlauddinPengiran Paduka Tuan Pengiran Hj Abu Bakar announced that HRH had safely given birth to a son on Saturday, August 3 at 2.45am.
Her Royal Highness Princess Hjh Hafizah married Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Hj Muhammad RuzainiPengiran Dr Hj Mohd Yakub last September.
The birth was marked with a 17-gun salute fired from the compound of Istana Nurul Iman, according to a press release from His Majesty’s Office.
