KUCHING: Madaya Sdn Bhd (Madaya) is now boasting a new product in its showroom called the ‘Delta Touch Faucet’, a 14 inch high faucet slightly large in its class that boasts a pull-down wand with a giant swivel range.
This new model makes reaching every part of your sink possible in addition to a push button which allows users to choose between an aerated spray or stream modes.
“The head of the wand is equipped with ‘Touch-Clean’, which are soft rubber nubbins that allow the user to easily clean lime build-up and calcium.
“Once you are done with the hose, an integrated magnet (magnatite) will keep your spray wand firmly docked. This also ensures that over time, the pull down wand will not droop,” noted a spokesperson from Madaya.
Another exciting feature is the ‘Touch2o’ technology. The Touch2O Technology faucet acts as a sensor so that water starts flowing instantly and effortlessly.
It senses the hand presence within four inches and automatically shuts off within seconds once the hand is removed. It not only helps conserve water, it is suitable for repetitive tasks like washing hands.
“This feature is very useful as you can literally turn the faucet on or off with just a touch, anywhere on the faucet’s body or handle making it more hygienic as you no longer need to use dirty hands to touch the same place again and again,” the spokesperson enthused.
She further commented that the faucet will also assist in conserving water as it can now easily turn the water off while washing up, and just as easily touch it back on again.
The Pilar series features a flow rate of 2.2 gallons per minute at 60 psi, 8.3 litres per minute at 414 kilo pascal. The faucet also features Diamond Seal Technology which takes full advantage of its namesake’s property.
Delta’s exclusive Diamond Seal Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating to bring you a faucet built to last up to five million uses – plus it keeps water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants.
