AmInvest receives global recognition

KUCHING: AmInvest is Malaysia’s sole recipient of two awards from the International Finance Magazine (IFM) at their Financial Awards 2013 for its funds management category.

The two accolades are Best Islamic Asset Management Company and Best Sukuk House.

The awards honour achievers in the financial services industry who have excelled in their areas of expertise and made contributions through notable activities.

The recipients have been chosen after a thorough selection process by IFM.

The award ceremony will take place in Dubai at the end of this year.

AmInvest is the new brand for the funds management business of AMMB Holdings Berhad which manages both conventional and syariah-compliant funds.

Recently, AmInvest wasconferred the global award for Best Islamic Fund Manager at the 7th London SukukSummit recognising our global achievements in the Islamic finance industry.

The group also garnered the award for Malaysia’s Islamic Asset Management House of theYear by The Asset for the second consecutive year.
