SANDAKAN: Three wooden houses including two doubling up as shops, and a three tonne lorry at Kampung Seguntur Mile 11 here were razed in fire on Friday night.
According to Sandakan Fire and Rescue Department Officer Devi Rashedee Ensoi, the department rushed to the scene upon receiving a distress call at 8.15pm and reached the area at 8.51pm.
The fire was extinguished at 9.44pm and no casualties were reported. The cause of the fire and losses incurred are still under investigation.
