MARUDI: Several community leaders whose term of service has ended have received new reappointment letters from the Marudi District Office.
This is to enable them to continue serving their roles as leaders in their respective areas.
Among them were Ketua Kampung Izahar Taha of Kampung Pemindahan and Kapitan Kang Siew Low of Kampung Pemindahan Chinese Section.
They received their reappointment letters from Marudi District Officer Mackos Sibong recently.
Meanwhile, Pekan Beluru Kapitan Chua Bee Hin received his reappointment letter from Sarawak administrative officer Albania Linus Lukong.
Assistant Minister of Public Utilities (Water Supply) Datuk Sylvester Entri Muran, who is also Marudi assemblyman, witnessed the handing over of letters.
