MIRI: A total of 12 participants from Miri Wushu Association will take part in the Sarawak Self-Defence Tournament to be held in Kuching from Nov 22-24.
They are John Yu, Pang Yi Fei, Pang Yi Gin, Tiong Ying Shin, Farid Adam, Law Yee Xuan, Kelvin Lau, Kimberly Chin, Amy Bong, Gloria Tipung, Lo Shi Heng and Ling Jia Wen
Apart from Wushu, the tournament will feature other categories of martial arts such as Silat, Tang Soo Do, Muay Thai and Silamban. Each division are also allowed to send in 12 participants for the tournament.
