KOTA KINABALU: A man and a woman escaped with minor injuries as the Mercedes-Benz vehicle they were travelling in collided with a Ford Ranger near City Mall here yesterday.
It was learnt that the 54-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz and his passenger, a 40-year-old woman, were heading from Kolombong to City Mall.
The Mercedes-Benz collided with the Ranger from Luyang direction while the former was making a U-turn to City Mall, causing the Mercedes driver to lose control of his vehicle and swerve into the drain by the roadside.
Meanwhile, the Ranger ended up on the road divided. Fortunately, two men and two women in the Ranger escaped unhurt.
