MIRACLE: Early morning motorists along Jalan Mat Salleh here were shocked at the sight of a car with its rear hanging stuck on a tree and its front end on the ground yesterday morning.
In the incident along Jalan Mat Salleh near the roundabout close to the Federal House Building in Sembulan yesterday morning at around 6 am, the driver of a Proton Wira car reportedly lost control of his vehicle and skidded off the road, and in the process knocked onto several trees on the road shoulder and finally ending up with its rear end up a tree and the front end on the ground.
It was believed that the driver of the car was heading towards Tanjung Aru from Sembulan when he lost control of the car. Miraculously, the driver was able to alight from his vehicle with only light injuries and a dent to his pride.
The incident caused a traffic jam during the early morning rush hour.
