KUALA LUMPUR: The air quality in Muar remains unhealthy while that of Port Klang worsened as at 4pm yesterday.
According to the Department of Environment (DOE) website, both Muar and Klang registered unhealthy Air Pollutant Index (API) readings at 111 and 114 respectively.
Good API readings were recorded in 21 areas and moderate level in 28 areas.
Among areas having good API readings were Alor Setar (38), Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tanjung Chat, Kota Baharu, Kelantan (45), Indera Mahkota, Pahang (43), Bintulu, Sarawak (28), and Paka, Terengganu (31). — Bernama
