SIBU: Naim Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Naim Holdings Bhd, is showcasing its exciting developments in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu during a three-day property roadshow at Rh Hotel here, starting yesterday.

According to its senior general manager (sales & marketing) Alice Ting Kie Lang, the roadshow opens from 9am to 6pm.

She said it would feature an exciting ‘Grow Your Money’ investment seminars by Chris Tan, winner of the prestigious ‘Top 40 under 40’ (Top Outstanding Young Malaysian) Award.

“Locals and those returning for ‘Ching Ming’ Festival are urged to take the opportunity to learn more about our products and property investment.

“And we are giving a special promotion of two per cent cash rebate during this period.

“Prospective buyers are entitled to the offer if they make a minimum two per cent deposit,” Ting told reporters yesterday, adding that terms and conditions applied.

She said the public would be introduced to their exciting development in Kuching, namely the Kuching Paragon, covering an area of approximately 33 acres, strategically situated in Batu Lintang Road, Kuching.

As for the investment seminar by Tan, she described it as an ideal avenue for people to expand their knowledge on property investment.

She mentioned that Tan was a much sought-after speaker coming with high credentials.

Tan, who regularly delivered papers on real estate related issues locally and overseas, was also part of the Technical Committee under the National Economic Action Council of the Prime Minister’s Department to devise strategies to stimulate Malaysia’s property sector, which was responsible for the blueprint of the Malaysia Property Inc as the very first Public-Private Initiative (PPI).

Ting said the talk conducted in Mandarin started at 6pm yesterday.
