KUCHING: Crowds of people thronged Naim Land Sdn Bhd’s booth at Sheda Home and Property Roadshow 2014 held at the Boulevard shopping mall here that started on Friday.
A press release yesterday said that shoppers and potential buyers took the opportunity to gather updated information on hot-selling property developments here, in Bintulu and Miri which were the key growth areas.
The three-day annual roadshow, to end today, involved some 63 exhibitors offering a wide selection of commercial and residential properties in the state and Peninsular Malaysia.
Naim sales and marketing senior general manager Alice Ting remarked that Naim’s property developments were well-received by the community here.
‘We showcased our recently launched upmarket brand, the Naim Signature Collection, which features a range of residential and commercial properties with benefits of integrated development, branded finishes, multi-tiered security and other special features,” she said.
“We are showcasing the first product under the collection, called the Sapphire On The Park condo development, which is part of the Kuching Paragon integrated development situated at Jalan Batu Lintang, Kuching,” she added.
Ting revealed that they have received a good level of interest towards Bintulu Paragon integrated development’s street mall and Small Office Versatile Office (Sovo).
“As there are limited prime street mall units for sale and lease, and Sovo units for sale, we urged all to come to the roadshow for more information,’ Ting advised.
In addition, she pointed out that the newly launched Bahagia Residences four-storey apartments in Miri also received good response.
