Ibraco to launch TT3 Commercial Centre

Posted on May 1, 2014, Thursday

KUCHING: Ibraco Berhad will further expand its commercial property development with the launch of its newest commercial hub, TT3 Commercial Centre, this weekend at Ibraco House.

A press statement said TT3 Commercial Centre is strategically located at one of Kuching’s most sought after addresses — Tabuan Tranquility — Ibraco’s landmark project.

Tabuan Tranquility is an up and coming integrated mixed development project spanning over 162 acres, comprising commercial centres as well as over 1,000 units of medium- to high-end residential property units that evoke the quintessential living experience.

The capital appreciation of the project is greatly enhanced with the establishment of outlets providing everyday amenities, banks, shopping malls, dining and much more.

The completion of TT3 Commercial Centre, targeted at the end of 2016, will also coincide with the complete establishment of the whole Tabuan Tranquility project, solidifying capital valuation of the property.

TT3 Commercial Centre is a retail hub comprising three-storey shop lots encompassing a total of 112 units.

It is ideal for investors looking for profitable capital returns, upon taking into consideration its ideal setting at a prime traffic flow area, availability of ready market from the residents of Tabuan Tranquility, and provision of ample parking spaces.

The potential for capital appreciation is greatly enhanced with the establishment of a new educational hub right next to the well-designed commercial centre.

Units start from RM1.08 million.

For enquiries, visit Ibraco during the official launching from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday and from 9am to 5pm on Sunday at Ibraco House.
