KOTA KINABALU: Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) believe that Chinese-based parties should work closely to regain Chinese voters’ support for the Barisan Nasional (BN).

During a courtesy call by LDP’s bureau of multimedia and information technology chief, Nancy Lim, and several members of the party on MCA Wanita chief  Datuk Heng Seai Kie recently, they exchanged political views and opinions and discussed the current political landscape.

Both parties agreed that LDP and MCA should establish closer working relationship in an effort to come up with measures to regain the Chinese voters’ support towards the BN.

The LDP delegates also called on Senator Datuk Chin Su Phin in parliament house later.
