KUCHING: The Boulevard Group of Companies opened its latest establishments – the Imperial Hotel Kuching, Boulevard Shopping Mall, Lexus Kuching and Toyota 3S Centre here on June 9.
“The Imperial Hotel Kuching is the first hotel in Sarawak to subscribe to the Hospitality Entertainment Solution, the latest hassle free offering from Telekom Malaysia with the latest ICT and entertainment package comprising of In-Building Broadband Solution (IBS), TM’s IPTV service – Hypp TV and powered by TM’s high speed broadband (HSBB) network connectivity,” said group executive director of Boulevard Group of Companies, James Ling Lu Kiong at the signing ceremony officiated by Chief Minister Tan Sri Datuk Amar Adenan Satem.

Imperial Hotel Kuching (Phase 3) is a 4-star business class hotel with 339 well-appointed guestrooms and suites including two executive floors, a fully functional business centre, a fitness centre comprising of a gymnasium, sauna and steam room and an outdoor elevated sky pool.
The Imperial Hotel Kuching also offers comprehensive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing and Exhibitions) facilities including two ballrooms, nine multi-functional meeting rooms, extensive pre-function foyer, VIP lounges and a covered outdoor terrace to suit conferences and events of different sizes and preferences.
The Boulevard Shopping Mall Kuching offers more than 230 retail outlets under various themes including Stylish Avenue, Enchanter Boulevard, Savory, Gizmo Zone and Harajuku Mode.

Boulevard Shopping Mall (Phase 2) is an extension of Phase 1 project which opened for business on June 1, 2012. There are over 160 retail shop lots spread over three floors of the Phase 2 mall.
Adjacent to Boulevard Shopping Mall Phase 2 is the proposed multi-storey car park cum entertainment center, Phase 4 which will consist of a roller skating rink, K-Box karaoke, amusement arcade and a TGV cinema with 8 theaters. Slated for completion by the end of this year, the Boulevard Shopping Mall Kuching will be the largest, one-stop lifestyle mall in Sarawak.

The Toyota 3S (sales, after-sales and spare parts) Center is equipped with a spacious showroom that can display up to 10 cars, comfortable customer lounge with WiFi internet facilities and a service center to provide better sales and after-sales experience under one roof.
The newly established Lexus Kuching 3S center, which also happens to be the first in East Malaysia, will also operate as a service center that will be able to display up to seven of its latest yet impressive Lexus models, including Lexus IS, ES, GS, LS and RX.
