“In addition we are proposing additional 10 ordinary executive committee members to the list. Some are to be elected and some appointed,” he said, adding that such set up was to enable the party to include the different groups in the party.

“Today is more of a formality to get ourselves organised but soon after this there will be separate central executive committee meetings in which we will co-op more sub committees to be assigned to various responsibilities,” he said.

He also said now that the party had already been officially set up the office bearers would pay a courtesy call to Chief Minister Tan Sri Datuk Amar Adenan Satem.

“The visit to the chief minister is to convey our support and submit our application to join BN since everything has come into reality and I guess that is just a matter of formality”.

He said another immediate activity for the party was to organise its inaugural dinner at Riverside Majestic Hotel sometime this September.

“Datuk Nansian is trusted to be organising chairman and members from throughout will be invited…accorded tables and we believe that it will be such a grand thing to be graced by CM,” said Mawan.

He said road shows and similar dinners will be held at various places but emphasis will be given to areas represented by the elected representatives in Teras.
