KUALA LUMPUR: All four 2014 Malaysia Cup matches originally scheduled for tomorrow have been postponed to the next day.

The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) said the decision to reschedule the fixtures was to honour the day of national mourning tomorrow when the remains of several Malaysian victims of the MH17 tragedy are flown home from the Netherlands.

On its website, FAM noted that except for the clash between Armed Forces and Kelantan which would now be held at the Shah Alam Stadium (initially Selayang Municipal Council Stadium), the rest would take place at the original venues and time.

The matches involved are the Group A clash between Pahang and Felda United FC at the Darul Makmur Stadium and Johor Darul Ta’zim II against Singapore’s Lions XII at the Pasir Gudang Municipal Stadium.

Also rescheduled was the Penang versus Johor Darul Ta’zim match at the City Stadium, Penang, as well as Armed Forces against Kelantan.
