KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd (Naim) expects encouraging responses from the public especially housebuyers for its properties at Sheda Property Expo 2014.

The company which is a wholy-owned subsidiary of Main Market listed Naim Holdings Bhd is showcasing its properties throughout Sarawak at the three-day property exhibition at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here.

Naim Marketing manager for Kuching Wong Yoon Kong believes that the company will receive encouraging feedback on the properties that it is developing from the public.

“The responses are very encouraging.

“We have received a lot of enquiries so far although it is just the first day of the expo.

“Somehow, it surprised me as well because normally people will visit the exhibition on the second day or third day.

“I hope more people will visit the exhibition and take the opportunity to get some information about the latest development in the property market,” he told The Borneo Post when contacted yesterday.

He said among the properties that Naim promotes include residential housing for instance condominium, high-end landed houses, commercial and mixed development such as shophouses.

Those projects include Kuching Paragon at Batu Lintang, Bintulu Paragon in Bintulu, South Lake Permyjaya in Miri and Riveria Square at Kota Samarahan and so on.

Wong revealed that upon the launch of its project, The Peak at Bintulu Paragon recently, phase one of the project has been fully booked.

He hoped that there will be more sales as demand for properties is still growing. He believed that the property market in Sarawak remains resilient and the market condition is healthy for growth in the future.
