KUALA TERENGGANU: The Sessions Court here yesterday ordered an unemployed man charged with causing mischief at a mosque in Besut to be sent for examination at a mental hospital.

Judge Mohd Azhar Othman made the order following an application by deputy public prosecutor Nurliyana R Azmi for the accused, Malek Mohd Idris, 28, to be sent for further examination.

Nurliyana made the application based on a report by the investigating officer which found the accused to be of unstable mind.
