KUCHING: A teenager escaped unharmed after he was robbed of his wallet by two strangers late Tuesday night.
The 19-year-old from Petra Jaya, who claimed to be an actor, said he was riding his motorcycle back to his house in Kampung Tupong when two men rode alongside him at Jalan Diplomatik and ordered him to stop.
According to the teen, one of the men took out a small machete to threaten him while demanding for his wallet.
Fearing for his safety, he complied and watched helplessly as the robbers sped away from the scene.
The teen, who reported the loss of RM350 and his personal documents, noted that the two men rode a blue Modenas motorcycle without a rear licence plate.
