BUKIT MERTAJAM: A man better known as ‘Pak Ndak’ was charged in the Sessions Court yesterday with the murder of a woman in September. Abd Khalid Md Isa, 43, nodded that he understood the charge that was read out to him before judge Munsyiri Peet. However, no plea was recorded. Abd Khalid is accused of having murdered Rohani Hashim, 30, at a house in Jalan Pengkalan Datuk Keramat, Bukit Tengah, here between 4 pm on Sept 29 and 6 pm the following day. The court fixed Dec 15 for mention of the case. Deputy public prosecutor Lim Saw Sim appeared for the prosecution. Abd Khalid was not represented. — Bernama
