MIRI: The public can now pay their water bills at Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), situated at Jalan Sri Dagang, Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre commencing yesterday (Oct 31).
Alternatively, they can also pay the bills through the internet banking or even at any BSN counter in the country.
“This is our latest service to allow customers to enjoy convenience and comfort.
“It is mutual benefit for both our customers and LAKU customers,” said BSN Sarawak branch team leader (Deposit & Transactional Banking) Stephie Presscar Anggat to reporters.
Laku Management accountant Austin Wen officiated at the soft launching of the ‘Laku Bill Payment’ at BSN premises at Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre yesterday.
The launching was carried out simultaneously statewide, and those who came to pay the bills yesterday received an attractive piggy bank in the shape of a bus.
Meanwhile, Presscar said BSN would set up a Customer Service Kiosk in Miri and Sibu branches, following Kuching.
“It’s in the planning and will be set up soon.
“With the kiosks available, customers may be able to pay their bills at their own time and convenience,” she told The Borneo Post.
BSN, Miri branch manager Fuad Hassan was also present at the launching ceremony.
