KUCHING: A mentally-disturbed man was left with both arms and legs broken after he was set upon by an angry mob for attacking a coffee shop patron in Poh Kwong Park with a screwdriver yesterday.

The incident took place around 9am, when the 58-year-old man, who is known to suffer from mental illness, approached a customer while he was having breakfast with his family and attacked him without warning.
