Freshwater fish prices still expensive

BANJARMASIN, South Kalimantan: The price of freshwater fish on the market in Banjarmasin and surrounding areas are still expensive, Antaranews reported.

“Wow, the price of fish rivers or freshwater fish are still expensive,” said Hj Nurul, resident of Banjarmasin on her return from the dawn market on Jalan A Yani Km8 Banjarmasin on Saturday.

In fact, said the housewife who is 61 years old, the price of river fish is now much more expensive than last week. “Maybe because the fish are hard to find or not much on the market, so the price is expensive,” she said.

“Now the price for the size of one or two in one kilogram ranges from Rp95.000 to Rp100,000 per kg,” said the mother of two children to Antaranews Kalsel.
