MIRI: Two cousins sustained injuries on their bodies after a motorcycle they were riding on was involved in accident at Jalan Bulan Sabit on the eve of Christmas.
The incident was reported to have occurred around 8pm.
Both men in their early 20’s, were on their way back to Pujut after Christmas shopping at a nearby shopping complex.
According to sources, a car from the opposite direction made a turn and rammed the duo.
Due to the impact, the rider and his pillion rider cousin were thrown off the motorcycle.
An ambulance from Miri hospital rushed to the scene after receiving a distress call on the mishap and brought the duo to Miri hospital.
