KUCHING: Popular is offering free tickets for the ‘Cooking Workshop with Chef Wan’ exclusively to The Borneo Post readers through an online contest.
Readers only need to go to http://bit.ly/chefwanBP and answer two simple questions.
This first cooking workshop hosted by Popular will be on Feb 8 at the sponsored venue of Four Points by Sheraton Kuching.
From 1pm to 3pm, participants will have the opportunity to learn first-hand various cooking styles and skills from Malaysia’s very own food ambassador and celebrity Chef Wan.
Some of the dishes will be Apple Walnut Muffin, Hawaii Chicken Salad, Apple and Pear Tart with Butterscotch Sauce, as well as Ayam Panggang Madura.
The workshop will be conducted in both English and Malay.
Entry tickets are available at all Popular outlets statewide.
Each ticket is priced at RM60 and comes with a limited edition Chef Wan Apron and a copy of Chef Wan’s latest recipe book ‘400 Resipi Terbaik Chef Wan’ (worth RM39.90).
Aprons and recipe books can be redeemed on the event day.
The organiser will provide the ingredients and cooking utensils needed. Participants can also meet Chef Wan in person and get their recipe books autographed.
