KUCHING: The Sarawak Handball Association will be organising the 5th Sarawak Open Handball Championship at the State Indoor Stadium, Petra Jaya and Sports Planet, Demak Laut from March 16-19.
The association has invited interested teams from throughout Sarawak to take part in the four-day tournament to vie for the Datuk Amar Abang Haji Johari Tun Openg Challenge Trophy.
Secretary Dr Abang Ismail Abang Julhi said his association is targeting 40 teams and inviting clubs from Peninsula Malaysia, Brunei and Kalimantan Timur and Indonesia. For further details log on to Facebook saha.persatuanbolabalingsarawak2005.
