Champs Kuching and runners-up Samarahan teams pose with Betong Resident Datu Romie Sigan Daniel at the Sarawak Civil Service Welfare and Sports Council (Maksak) Badminton Championship held at Datuk Amar Stephen Kalong Ningkan Sports Hall, Betong last Sunday. Limbang and Sri Aman shared third spot. The awards for Most Senior Man and Woman went to Pimpin Anyie from Kapit and Pao King Sieng from Bintulu respectively. The tournament served as a platform to select players to represent Sarawak at the national championship at the end of this month.
