BANJARMASIN, South Kalimantan: Head of Banjarmasin Human Settlements and Housing Fanani Saifuddin Ahmad said rental flats development program to address slums in the capital of South Kalimantan nil this year, Antaranews reported.
“This year is no rental flats development program (Rusunawa) in our area,” he said while in City Hall on Wednesday.
According to him, Banjarmasin government has actually been applied to add rusunawa to the central government, but no further action.
There are three rusunawa as assistance from the central government in Pekauman, Gang Ganda Magfirah, South Banjarmasin. They really work to address the slum problem in the region, and provide decent housing for residents.
