LABUAN: The business community and a consumer body have lauded the government’s initiatives to maintain the momentum of development here for the people’s well-being and prosperity.
The initiatives are the setting up of Urban Transformation Centre to provide better and efficient to service to the public under one roof and upgrading works on Labuan Sentral Market Complex for a conducive and convenient business environment.
The initiatives were announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun abdul Razak when he officiated the RM34 million Labuan Sentral Market on Saturday.
Malaysian Malay Chamber of Commerce Labuan president, Datuk Yussof Mohammad, said the nitiatives would help local entrepreneurs to conduct business effectively and improve delivery services system. — Bernama
