SIBU: Entry is now open for the 2015 Sibu Age Group Table Tennis Championship to be held on March 28 and 29 at the Ping Pong Hall at Merdeka Road.
SPPA secretary Desmond Ling said the championship was divided into two categories – Boys’ and Girls’ Singles Under-18 and Under-15.
He said only the residents of Sibu were eligible for participation.
“Hopefully, we will attract as many players as possible to make the game interesting,” he said.
In the event that there are less than eight players in a category, then that category would be waived, Ling added.
The top four winners will receive cash prize and medals.
Entry fee is RM5 per person and the closing date for entries is March 22.
